K Akonnor has revealed he didn\u2019t want to take the case to the Players and coaches status Committee due to the respect he has for the Owner of the club.<\/p>\n<p>But the management refusal to heed to his call forced him to take the club to the committee.<\/p>\n<p>The players and coaches status committee on Monday ruled the case in favour of the former Hearts of Oak coach by ordering Asante Kotoko to pay him the remainder of the two years contract before his untimely dismissal.<\/p>\n<p>According to the former Ashantigold SC coach, he won in every aspect of the case filed before the status committee against the Confederation Cup campaigners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI now have the letter of the ruling in my hands so I can talk about it. Unfortunately it\u2019s not GHC60,000 as is being reported but for the figures I can\u2019t say it, but the ruling is in favour of me. I won in all aspects of the case\u2026.it\u2019s unfortunate because for the respect I have for the Asantehene Otumfour I didn\u2019t want it this way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had the opportunity to shake hands with Otumfour and it\u2019s a privilege.
