{"id":20009,"date":"2022-04-11T02:46:44","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T02:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nsemgh.com\/?p=20009"},"modified":"2022-04-11T02:46:44","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T02:46:44","slug":"weve-not-prescribed-uniforms-for-teachers-ges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nsemgh.com\/2022\/04\/11\/weve-not-prescribed-uniforms-for-teachers-ges\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019ve not prescribed uniforms for teachers \u2013 GES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ghana Education Service (GES) has dismissed claims on some social media that it has prescribed uniforms for teachers in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Social media especially Facebook is replete with pictures of people posing as teachers wearing what appears as a new uniform for staff of the service.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-rec td-a-rec-id-content_inlineright  tdi_2 td_block_template_5\"><\/div>\n<p>But speaking to Kasapa FM Sunday, the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Prof Opoku Amankwah urged the public to dismiss such reports as they are not credible.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe GES has not prescribed any uniforms.
