{"id":24484,"date":"2022-07-21T20:54:11","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T20:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nsemgh.com\/?p=24484"},"modified":"2022-07-21T20:54:11","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T20:54:11","slug":"2022-caf-awards-ghanas-evelyn-badu-wins-two-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nsemgh.com\/2022\/07\/21\/2022-caf-awards-ghanas-evelyn-badu-wins-two-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"2022 CAF Awards: Ghana\u2019s Evelyn Badu wins two awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ghanaian midfielder, Evelyn Badu, has been crowned the Women\u2019s Interclub Player of the Year and Women\u2019s Young Player of the Year at the 2022 CAF Awards in Rabat, Morocco on Thursday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 19-year-old had a stellar campaign with Hasaacas Ladies in 2021, leading them to the CAF Women\u2019s Champions League final which they ended up losing 2-0 to Mamelodi Sundowns.<\/p>\n<p>She was the best player of the tournament and won golden boot.
