US president Joe Biden has released a statement saying that Zelenskiy will go to the White House before addressing a joint session of Congress \u201cdemonstrating the strong, bipartisan support for Ukraine\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has published an open letter to Zelenskiy inviting him to address Congress in person on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the letter, she writes that \u201cthe fight for Ukraine is the fight for democracy itself\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
