I believe in NPP being in power for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Agyarko recognises that defeating the opposing National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not the primary challenge for the NPP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, he emphasises the urgency of addressing Ghana\u2019s economic issues, asserting, \u201cOur problem as a party is not defeating the NDC but fixing the economy and Ghana.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His focus lies on delivering effective governance and implementing sustainable solutions for the betterment of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adomonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/20230706161615_2J3A1806-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2269525\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confident in his abilities and strategies, the former minister expressed his aspirations to secure the NPP\u2019s flagbearer position, stating, \u201cI have my own strategy to win the flagbearer of the NPP.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He recogniaes that the presidential race is not merely a sprint but a marathon, indicating his commitment to a long-term vision for the party\u2019s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having built strong relationships with members of the NPP, both within the party\u2019s leadership and among grassroots supporters, Mr Agyarko stresses his positive rapport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI have lived well with the NPP people and all grassroots.\u201d He told Omanhene Kwabena Asante on Asempa FM\u2019s <strong>Ekosii Sen<\/strong>, Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the NPP prepares to elect its flagbearer on Saturday, November 4, the outcome holds significant importance for the party\u2019s ambitions in the upcoming 2024 elections.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flagbearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Boakye Agyarko, has expressed his perspective on the party\u2019s future.
