Nicki Minaj was apparently arrested in Amsterdam on Saturday for allegedly carrying drugs \u2014 despite the \u201cSuper Bass\u201d songstress\u2019 repeated insistence that she had no contraband, according to Instagram Live footage she posted of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One official said that they wanted to take the \u201cBang Bang\u201d rapper into custody for \u201ccarrying drugs,\u201d\u00a0the <\/a>video showed.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m not going in there. I need a lawyer present,\u201d the 41-year-old replied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The officer also mentioned her concert scheduled for Saturday night in Manchester, England, and said they would \u201ctry to get [her] there\u201d as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOh, so I\u2019m under arrest?\u201d Minah asked, while multiple officers repeatedly asked her to stop filming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a second video, Minaj appeared to be seated inside a vehicle while speaking to a uniformed man about the plans to go through all her bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhy didn\u2019t you guys search it before they went on the plane?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The man shrugged and said that the previous officer did not believe the rap star was not carrying drugs \u2014 and was miffed that she had filmed him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was not immediately clear if Minaj \u2013 who is currently on her Pink Friday 2 World Tour \u2013 was actually booked at a police station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNow they said they found weed & that another group of ppl have to come here to weigh the pre-rolls,\u201d\u00a0Minaj wrote on X around 10:30 a.m. ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKeep in mind they took my bags without consent. My security has already advised them those pre-rolls belong to him. Oh yea & the pilot wants me to take my ig post down,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rapper went on to lament that her plane was being held up by at least two hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few hours later, the\u00a0Manchester arena announced that the doors opening for Minaj\u2019s concert\u00a0would be delayed by 30 minutes\u00a0to 7 p.m. local time \u2014\u00a0prompting a flurry of fans to reply asking for a guarantee that it would go on as planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf this isn\u2019t happening just let us know now\u2026 why waste people traveling for it to be canceled\u2026?\u201d another replied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fans of the music superstar also took to social media with the hashtag \u201c#FREENICKI.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marijuana is legal in Amsterdam as long as an individual has no more than 5 grams of cannabis on them at one time,\u00a0according to a government website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
