Instead of pulling over as expected, he continued driving, prompting her to question his actions. It was then that she learned a shocking truth\u2014her partner was an ex-convict, and the car they were in had been stolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI was on a date with this guy, and while driving in New York, he ran a red light,\u201d Efia Odo shared during an interview on 3xtra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe police were after us for a traffic violation, but he refused to stop. When I asked why, he admitted the car was stolen, and he couldn\u2019t afford to get caught. I had no idea about his past or that we were driving a stolen vehicle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
