Several high-profile Members of Parliament from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) including Ursula Owusu-Ekulful, Henry Quartey, KT Hammond, and Andy Appiah Kubi among others have lost their seats, altering the balance of power in the legislature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The NDC\u2019s electoral triumph also extended to the presidential race, with John Dramani Mahama emerging victorious against the NPP\u2019s candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
