1. Trespassing on 0.54 acres of the hotel\u2019s property, including its use as a car park, pathway, or venue for events.
2. Operating the Polo Beach Club or hosting events on the hotel\u2019s land or adjoining restricted areas.
3. Using the beachfront adjacent to the hotel\u2019s property, in violation of the lease agreement dated November 27, 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The injunction, effective for 10 days, warns of contempt proceedings against the defendants should they fail to comply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
