This support was announced by President John Dramani Mahama during the funeral ceremony held on August 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fund, now formally named the \u201cFund for the Children of the Victims of August\u202f6\u201d, is designed to secure the futures of the bereaved children.
