favourite to succeed Usain Bolt, three-time Olympic 100m champion<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">He has already set a new world record over 60m indoors and became the seventh fastest man in history last year when he clocked 9.79 seconds for 100m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Athletes have proved successful in contesting whereabouts failures in the past.
