Ghanaian singer, King Promise says he doesn’t joke with his church tithe.<\/p>\n
According to the \u2018CCTV\u2019 hitmaker, without God he wouldn\u2019t have cemented his music career or become as famous as he is.<\/p>\n
He revealed this in an interview with Lexis Bill on Joy FM\u2019s Drive Time show.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t joke with my tithe at all. I pay my tithe often, and because of my job where lots of Saturday evenings I have to be on stage performing, and so sometimes don\u2019t go to church, I give it to my mum to pay on my behalf,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
He lauded Sarkodie for helping him in his music career.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy rise has been a blessing, I met people at the right time when I started. For instance, Sarkodie introduced me to my management that I\u2019m currently working with, and the very first song that had people listening to me was Vision DJ\u2019s \u2018Double Trouble\u2019 song featuring same Sarkodie, and so Sarkodie is a blessing to me,\u201d King Promise revealed.<\/p>\n
