{"id":6199,"date":"2019-08-24T12:20:45","date_gmt":"2019-08-24T12:20:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nsemgh.com\/?p=6199"},"modified":"2019-08-24T12:20:45","modified_gmt":"2019-08-24T12:20:45","slug":"ndc-primaries-check-out-rawlings-answer-to-who-he-voted-for","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nsemgh.com\/2019\/08\/24\/ndc-primaries-check-out-rawlings-answer-to-who-he-voted-for\/","title":{"rendered":"NDC Primaries: Check Out Rawlings\u2019 Answer To Who He Voted For"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Former President and Founder of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Jerry John Rawlings in an answer to a question on who he voted for in the ongoing parliamentary primaries said he voted for the obvious one.<\/p>\n<p>The former President had the crowd\u2019s attention when he arrived at the polling centre at the Arts Centre in Accra to support his preferred candidate for the constituency.<\/p>\n<p>Though he did not disclose the name of the contestant he voted for, his daughter, Zenator Rawlings is currently the Member of Parliament for that constituency-Klottey-Korle Constituency and one of the candidates vying for that seat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI voted for the obvious one,\u201d he told Joy News after casting his ballot.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Rawlings urged delegates to comport themselves during the election and not allow money to influence their choices.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe should all comport ourselves and do the most logical obvious thing.
