George Michael’s former lover Fadi Fawaz was seen pacing the street in Covent Garden and is now reportedly homeless\u00a0after moving out of a \u00a349-a-night hotel he was living in.<\/p>\n
Unemployed Fadi, 46, had checked out of the central London Travelodge on Monday and is now reportedly sleeping rough in Covent Garden.<\/p>\n
The former celebrity hairdresser had checked into the hotel after\u00a0he allegedly ‘went beserk’ and smashed the windows of his ex’s exclusive \u00a35million Regent’s Park property last month.<\/p>\n
In a Facebook post he told friends he had become homeless, The Sun\u00a0reported.<\/p>\n
He said:\u00a0\u00a0‘George Michael the ikon (sic) 3 years later and his lawyers still not done anything to sort me out so in last few days I have been sleeping in the street in Covent Garden instead of being in my home.<\/p>\n

‘They took the key by a trick the (sic) came out with it and now 2 months later still not heard anything I was staying in hotel and 2 days a go (sic) was stopped. What a cheap ikon this George f*****g Michael is.’<\/p>\n
Fadi was pictured smoking a cigarette in Covent Garden on September 6, before he was reported to have checked out of the Travelodge on September 9.<\/p>\n
There is a homeless shelter not far away from the budget hotel he was staying at, but he has not been seen in the area.<\/p>\n
One person said: ‘I used to like Wham! back in the day, but I haven’t seen Fadi round here.’<\/p>\n

George Michael’s family mounted a legal bid and had Fadi removed from the property.<\/p>\n
Lebanese Fadi had been squatting at the home since his lover’s death on Christmas Day in 2016.<\/p>\n
He had been keeping his head down since moving into the Travelodge, only emerging for a cigarette or when housekeeping staff need to make his bed, The Sun\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n
Bizarrely, when the paper approached him outside the budget hotel he flat-out denied being George Michael’s ex.<\/p>\n
He told the reporter: ‘I’m not Fadi. Sorry to disappoint you. It’s so tragic what happened to George.\u00a0It’s a terrible loss. But I don’t really know him. In fact I’ve never met him.’<\/p>\n

His family have tried to urge him to seek mental health treatment.<\/p>\n
