Cuba Gooding Jr Implore Innocence In Sexual Assault Charges Against Him

American actor Cuba Gooding Jr has pleaded not guilty to fresh charges of sexual misconduct of forcible touching and sexual abuse leveled against him on Thursday, in a Manhattan Supreme Court.

This comes in less than a month after the actor denied accusations of groping a woman’s breasts and pinching another’s buttocks.

The New York court heard that the latest allegations stem from an incident in Manhattan’s Lavo nightclub in September 2018, but no further details were added. Meanwhile, Mr. Gooding is said to be back in court on January 22, 2020.

The 51 year old ‘Selma’ actor’s lawyer, Mark Heller, called the charges “totally fraudulent”.
