I DON’T REGRET BEING CONTROVERSIAL ON SOCIAL MEDIA – XANDY KAMEL

Kumawood actor and social media influencer, Xandy Kamel has said that, arousing controversy on social media, has actually brought good things her way and she appreciates that.

Being asked if she ever regrets being controversial since she claims she’s rebranding her personality, the actor said, eventhough she is not proud of the things she used to do on her social media pages, those things actually opened certain doors for her she couldn’t dream of.

”I’m an actor, i’ve been in the industry for quite sometime now. but until I started doing the thing I do on social media, no one knew me.”

According to the her, this recognition has even drawn some brands to her and now she advertizes thier products on her social media.

”To say that I’m proud of the things I used to do on social media, i’ll be lying. But, I don’t regret them either because in as much as there’s been bad sides to that, the good sides are more and I’m grateful”.
