Support Widows and the Less Privileged – RUOAZ Mission

The neglect of widows and the less privileged in the in our various communities has been described as unfortunate, with a call on the public to be of support at all times.

Chief Executive Officer of ROUAZ Mission, Lady Oforiwaa, appealed a feast with some widows within Koforidua to ascertain the challenges they may be facing for the action to be taken.

Members of the Church of Pentecost, Assemblies of God, Presbyterian church, Methodist church, and the Catholic diocese were interacted witth, on the need to support widows and the less privileged in our societies.

Lady Oforiwaa, speaking to the media at the Koforidua Library, urged religious bodies, cooperate bodies, NGOs as well as philanthropists to periodically render selfless support to the aforementioned persons to make life encouraging for them.

She, also, donated clothes and other items to some widows and the less privileged, with a pledge to do more in the coming years.
