Dr. Eric Nkansah appointed new GES Director-General

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Eric Nkansah PhD as the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service.

His appointment takes effect on October 19, 2022.

Eric Nkansah takes over from Prof. Kwasi Opoku-Amankwa whose contract extension was terminated on Monday, October 17, 2022.

In Prof Kwasi Opoku-Amankwa’s letter, it was indicated that his services are no more required.
