BREAKING: Supreme Court Dismisses Speaker’s Declaration On Vacant Seats In Parliament
The Supreme Court of Ghana has overruled that Speaker Alban Bagbin’s declaration of four parliamentary seats being vacant as unconstitutional.
The verdict of the apex court is as a result of a writ filed by the Majority Leader in Parliament Afenyo Markin contesting the poaifin of the Speaker on the matter.
