Bawumia Files Nomination, Pledges to Ease Cost of Living and Unite NPP

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has officially filed his nomination to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) into the 2026 general elections, reaffirming his commitment to reducing the cost of living for Ghanaians and promoting unity within the party.
Speaking shortly after submitting his nomination forms at the NPP headquarters in Accra, Dr. Bawumia emphasized that his vision is anchored on building a more inclusive and economically stable Ghana.
