On Aug. 24, 2023, #BRICS announced that it would formally accept six new members at the start of 2024: #SaudiArabia ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฆ, #Iran ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท, #Ethiopia ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡น, #Egypt ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฌ, #Argentina ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ท, and the #UnitedArabEmirates ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ช(UAE).
